Two favorites sources for Tigers news are joining forces for a fun weekly podcast on the farm and the Tiger organization at large.
There were a few big pieces of news from the Detroit Tigers ’ farm system this week. Max Clark stayed hot and hit his first home run. Luke Gold continued to dominate at the plate for the West Michigan Whitecaps. Meanwhile Jackson Jobe just looks awesome despite some slightly crooked numbers so far.
We’ll talk about them and a lot more as Rogelio Castillo and Chris Brown of the Tigers Minor League Report, and Brandon Day of Bless You Boys, team up for our weekly Monday night podcast on the state of the Tigers farm system.
Like most early season fears, concerns about Max Clark were a bit over the top the last two weeks prior to him really catching fire against the Palm Beach Cardinals. Here’s a look at his homer on Saturday.
Max Clark hit his 1st tater of 2024 and I watched from the front row with my mom!

We also spent a little bit of time talking about Jackson Jobe’s start and touching on a few things from this excellent interview Jobe did with Rob Friedman, aka the Pitching Ninja.
Please do yourselves a favor and follow Tigers Minor League Report on social media and YouTube, and donate to their coverage if you’re able. The live looks those funds pay for really make for much better in depth coverage of the Tigers’ farm system.
I hope you enjoy this week’s livestream.
