The Detroit Tigers open up their seven-game road trip this weekend by taking two of three from the Kansas City Royals , including a narrow 1-0 victory in the final game of the series.
Next up is another American League Central rival — the hated Chicago White Sox — who host the Motor City Kitties for a four-game set this week at Guaranteed Rate Field. AJ Hinch and Co. have won all three meetings so far in 2025, having swept an early-April series in Detroit.
