It’s our last Open Thread before Christmas!
Happy Friday BYB friends!
Unbelievably it’s the last Open Thread before Christmas (woah, that snuck up), so it seemed fitting that we bust out our Christmas lists and write our own letters to Santa Paws.
The Tigers have had a pretty quiet offseason, with one a few signings and none of them that could be qualified as “blockbuster.” After coaxing Alex Cobb out of near retirement, and enlisting a new catcher, there seems to be a lot of room for additions still.
So, what would you like to see the Tigers bring in for Christmas? Perhaps a Justin Verlander contract? A… different… shortstop? New relievers? This is the most wonderful time of the year, so the sky is the limit (though Santa Paws can’t grant all wishes, but we can cross our fingers and dream!)
