Ottawa Senators vs Washington Capitals
Head-to-Head: Senators 1-1 Capitals
Time: 6:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST)

We open up NHL predictions with our featured gam e between the Senators and Capitals. Ottawa is expected to go with Linus Ullmark in between the pipes. However, always check social media before locking in a daily fantasy starter. The Senators are 5-5 in the last 10, but coming off a victory in their last outing. Tim Stutzle has averaging over a point a game with three goals and 12 assists over the past 10 games.
Charlie Lindgren is the projected starter for the Capitals in this game. Washington is 4-3-3 in the last 10 games, but have dropped the last three heading into this one. Washington still has plenty of breathing room in the Metropolitan Division, but would love to get back on track. Tom Wilson has also been averaging a point a game with six goals and four assists over the last 10 games.
Both teams would like a win for different reasons, but take Washington get off the schnide.
Prediction: Capitals win 4-2.
Buffalo Sabres vs Montreal Canadiens
Head-to-Head: Sabres 0-3 Canadiens
Time: 7 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST)
TV: TSN2; MSG Buffalo; ESPN+
We have an Atlantic Division matchup between the Buffalo Sabres and Montreal Canadiens in this one. Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen is likely to get the call in goal for the Sabres. Buffalo is 6-4 in the last 10, but has dropped the last two games prior to this one. Possible trade candidate Alex Tuch has notched 21 goals and 24 assists for Buffalo.
Montreal is expected to start Sam Montembeault in goal for this game. The Canadiens are looking for the four-game season-sweep of the Sabres this season. Montreal is 5-5 in the last 10 games, but that includes four consecutive victories. Team captain Nick Suzuki has supplied 18 goals and 43 assists for the Canadiens.
Montreal has been great as of late and should get the home victory.
Prediction: Canadiens win 5-3.
New York Islanders vs New York Rangers
Head-to-Head: Islanders 0-2 Rangers
Time: 7 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST)
TV: MSG; MSGSN; ESPN+
The last game of NHL predictions has the New York Islanders taking on the rival New York Rangers . Ilya Sorokin is the expected starter for the Islanders, who are 5-5 in the last 10 games. However, the Isles have two consecutive victories heading into this one. Kyle Palmieri has increased his trade value as of late with scored seven goals and added one assist over the last 10 games.
Igor Shesterkin is the expected starter for the Rangers, who are 6-4 in the last 10 games. The Blueshirts have scored five goals in the first two meetings of the season against the Islanders. Artemi Panarin has registered 24 goals and 36 assists for the Rangers entering this pivotal matchup.
It’ll be a tall order for the Rangers, who are playing on back-to-back nights. However, this is an important game for the Blueshirts.
Prediction: Rangers win 4-2.

We close out NHL predictions with some prop bets of the night. Let’s go to our featured game for this set of props. Take Drake Batherson to record at least a point for the Senators in this one. As for Washington, we think Alex Ovechkin scores to draw one closer to Wayne Gretzky .
