Nashville Predators vs Buffalo Sabres
Time: 7 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST)

We open NHL predictions with the Nashville Predators taking on the Buffalo Sabres . The Predators are likely to start Justus Annunen in goal for this game. However, always check social media before locking in a daily fantasy starter. Nashville is 6-4 in the last 10 games, but have dropped the previous two games. Filip Forsberg has been consistent with 18 goals and 31 assists for the Predators.
Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen is the projected starter for Buffalo, which is 5-5 in the last 10 games. However, the Sabres did win the last time on ice. Buffalo struggles to win when it stays out of the penalty box. The Sabres possess a 6-14-3 record when they serve more penalty minutes than their opponent. JJ Peterka has over a point a game as of late with five goals and six assists over the last 10 games.
It may be too late for a post-season push for Nashville, but it will pick up the victory.
Prediction: Predators win 4-2.
Vancouver Canucks vs Dallas Stars
Time: 8 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST)
TV: Victory+; Sportsnet; ESPN+
Our featured game of NHL predictions has the Canucks visiting the Stars in a Western Conference matchup. Thatcher Demko is the expected starter for the Canucks in this game. Vancouver is 5-5 in the last 10 games, but has taken the last three games in a row. Team captain Quinn Hughes has racked up 14 goals and 44 assists for the Canucks.
Jake Oettinger is the confirmed starter for Dallas, which is 6-4 in the last 10 games. The Stars have won their last three games as well. However, they will be without Miro Heiskanen for weeks after an injury. Matt Duchene has provided 18 goals and 30 assists for Dallas.
Both teams are coming in hot, but Vancouver finds a way due to its healthier lineup.
Prediction: Canucks win 4-3.
Columbus Blue Jackets vs Utah Hockey Club
Time: 9 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST)
TV: Utah16; Fan Duel Sports Ohio; ESPN+
The last game of NHL predictions has the Columbus Blue Jackets visiting the Utah Hockey Club. Both teams are chasing a Stanley Cup Playoff spot heading into this one. Daniil Tarasov is the expected starter for the Blue Jackets, who are 7-2-1 in the last 10 games. Columbus is paced by Zach Werenski and his 39 assists and 55 points.
Karel Vejmelka is the confirmed starter for Utah, which is 4-5-1 in the last 10 games. Utah is also losers of the last three games entering this matchup. Clayton Keller leads the team in goals (18), assists (36) and points (54). However, he’s still listed as day-to-day with an injury according to reports.
Utah is coming into this game with plenty of injuries and Columbus is in form.
Prediction: Blue Jackets win 5-3.
