Wednesday night’s NBA game scheduled between the Washington Wizards and Detroit Pistons has been postponed due to severe weather conditions in the Dallas, Texas area.
The Pistons played against the Mavericks in Dallas on Monday night, and are unable to fly back for their scheduled home game this evening.
The rescheduled date for this game will be announced at a later time.
The NBA issued an official press release making the announcement on Wednesday afternoon.

The Pistons are dead last in the Eastern Conference with a 13-39 record. The Wizards currently sit in 9th place with a 24-26 record.
While tonight’s matchup between the Wizards and Pistons has been postponed, there are eight other NBA games on tonight’s schedule.
The nationally televised games on ESPN will be Celtics-Nets at 7:30 p.m. ET and Suns-Hawks at 10 p.m. ET.
