More on this storyline

NBA analyst and former teammate of Antetokounmpo, Demarcus Cousins believes that there is a possibility that Giannis Antetokounmpo could leave the team for a bigger market team if things don’t work out. “As his teammate I learned there’s always truth in his humor. And he’s a lot smarter than he likes to give. I could see that happening. Especially, if the experiment with Damian Lillard doesn’t go as planned. It’s obvious he was ready to move from Milwaukee once before. If this thing don’t work out, I could absolutely see him in Chicago. It’s right down the street, he’s comfortable in the Midwest. And obviously Chicago is a great market for any superstar,” Cousins said . -via Sporting News / February 6, 2025
Eric Nehm: FINAL: Bucks 112, Hornets 102 – Lillard 29pts/4reb/12ast – Portis 23pts/5ast/17reb/3blk – Lopez 14pts/3reb – Trent 13pts/6reb – Prince 11pts/2reb The Bucks are now 27-22. They next play in Atlanta on Friday. -via Twitter @eric_nehm / February 5, 2025
Eric Nehm: Bucks coach Doc Rivers tells reporters that Damian Lillard, Brook Lopez and Bobby Portis will be available tonight vs. the Hornets . However, Rivers isn’t sure yet if Giannis Antetokounmpo is going to be available because he is on the floor going through warmups right now. -via x.com / February 5, 2025
