Tom Orsborn: Spurs have signed guard Malachi Flynn, 26, to a one-year, non-guaranteed deal, a league source confirms. Flynn became an unrestricted FA in June after the Pistons declined to extend him a qualifying offer. Flynn had a 50-point performance on April 3 against the Hawks.
