Meko Scott and I (Morgan Cannon) are back on the Pride of Detroit YouTube channel , discussing the NFL owners meetings and what was said by various members of the Detroit Lions’ front office, including general manager Brad Holmes, and coach Dan Campbell.
We touched on Holmes’ comments surrounding the cornerback market, and how we thought that impacted the rest of the Lions’ plans in free agency. From there, we discussed the comments surrounding defensive lineman Josh Paschal, and where we think he will play most of his snaps in 2025 once the unit is healthier.
After the Paschal discussion, we weighed in on who we are most concerned about in terms of their long-term future in Detroit, how confident we are in the defensive line as a whole, and whether or not we are in favor of the team potentially trying out second-year offensive lineman Giovanni Manu at guard.
