Will you watch all four of the Lions’ preseason games in 2025?
In most cases, people never complain about extra football. However, preseason football is a unique experience. On one hand, starters typically never see the field these days. Joint practices between teams have essentially replaced the need for that. On the other, it is some of the most intense football there is. Players are out there doing their best to make the final roster, practice squad, or, at the very least—put some good things on tape for the other 31 teams to see.
For the Detroit Lions , their preseason will be a bit longer than usual. Instead of the standard three exhibition games prior to the regular season, they will be taking part in the NFL’s annual Hall of Fame Game on July 31 in Canton, Ohio against Jim Harbaugh and the Los Angeles Chargers .
That brings us to today’s Question of the Day:
Will you be watching all four of the Lions’ preseason games?
Answer: You bet I will be. This offseason has already felt like it has been abnormally long, and it isn’t even June yet. So even though the vast majority of the Lions starters will be in street clothes and eating snacks on the sideline, I will certainly be tuned in for every second of those four preseason games. Why? Because similarly to you reading this, I am also a football sicko.
