The NFL will be hosting their ninth annual Women’s forum during the 2025 NFL Combine in Indianapolis.
As part of the festivities surrounding the 2025 NFL Combine in Indianapolis, the league will be hosting their ninth annual Women’s forum on February 26. The program was created to connect women with leaders in the NFL to provide them with career paths to working in the league. From scouting and data analytics, to the football operations or coaching side of the game.
As time has progressed, more and more women are breaking into NFL jobs, and all 32 franchises engaged in the forum last year. In fact, a record 15 full-time coaches were on NFL staffs during the 2024 season.
“As the NFL advances the game of football in all areas, we understand the importance of the NFL Women’s Forum in creating unique opportunities for all,” said NFL senior vice president and chief diversity and inclusion officer Jonathan Beane of the annual forum. “The NFL Women’s Forum has paved the way for women to access opportunities across the League.”
Included in this year’s panel is Bri Howard, a current scouting assistant for the Detroit Lions . Howard graduated from Louisiana State University, spending time in both recruiting and in player personnel during her time in Baton Rouge, and has been a scouting assistant in Detroit since June 2024.

And now, onto the rest of today’s notes:
- Lions’ All-Pro center Frank Ragnow’s, “Rags Remembered Foundation,” is holding their third annual Skeet Shoot Showdown this summer. You can purchase tickets for the event right here .
- I think I am going to end up writing about my friend Isaac soon, but it might take a minute to work up the guts. Until then, it was cool to see the Lions and the rest of our Detroit teams come together for a cool moment for a true gem of a human.
