The POD staff make their predictions for the 2023 NFL Week 16 slate of games.

The New Orleans Saints and Los Angeles Rams kicked off Week 16 of the 2023 NFL season, but that was just the first day of a weekend full of NFL football for fans to enjoy. Beyond the Thursday game, the NFL will also have two more games on Saturday, another 10 games on Sunday, and a triple-header of games on Christmas Day.

Let’s take a look at which games will be on TV for the local Detroit audience.

The big football weekend continues on Saturday at 4:30 p.m. ET on NBC when AFC North rivals, Cincinnati Bengals and Pittsburgh Steelers square off with their playoff hopes on the line. Then, at 8 p.m. ET, the “Sunday Night Football” broadcast crew will call the Buffalo Bills at the Los Angeles Chargers game, which will be shown exclusively on NBC’s Peacock app .

Then on Sunday, in the 1 p.m. ET timeslot, your Detroit Lions will be looking to clinch their first division title in 30 years when they take on the Minnesota Vikings on FOX. The second game of FOX’s doubleheader will kick off at 4:25 p.m. ET when the Dallas Cowboys take on the Miami Dolphins in a battle between a couple of the top teams in each conference. At 4 p.m. ET, CBS will broadcast the Jacksonville Jaguars at Tampa Bay Buccaneers game, a game that both teams need to keep relevant in the playoff hunt.

“Sunday Night Football” gets a bit of a shake-up this week, as the game between the New England Patriots and Denver Broncos will be broadcast on NFL Network, with Rich Eisen, Kurt Warner, and James Palmer on the call.

Then, on Christmas Day, the NFL closes out the week with a triple header of games, between division rivals. The first game of the day will feature the Las Vegas Raiders at Kansas City Chiefs at 1 p.m. ET on CBS, followed by the New York Giants at Philadelphia Eagles at 4:30 p.m. ET on FOX, and closing the day with the Baltimore Ravens at San Francisco 49ers at 8:15 p.m. on ABC.

As we have done in past seasons, our staff will be making weekly predictions for every game on the NFL schedule. Each of the Pride of Detroit staff will pick the moneyline (winner of the game, no spread), but some of the members will also pick against the spread and even the over/under lines—there’s an easy toggle button in the widget below to cycle through the settings. You can also check out all of the odds for this week’s games courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook .

Here is who our staff is picking on the moneyline, spread, and over/under for all 16 games on the NFL Week 16 schedule:
