Detroit Lions rookie Terrion Arnold had a hilarious quote about his mother on Friday.
During rookie camp, he discussed how he’d even tackle his own mom if she was a receiver.
“If my mom was a receiver, I’d jam her into the dirt. And she knows that,” Arnold said .

Arnold wants everyone to know that he’d tackle anyone if someone is lined up at receiver, even his mom.
That’s the mentality that Lions fans love and head coach Dan Campbell also likely loves it as well.
Arnold was picked 24th overall in the 2024 NFL Draft out of Alabama and the Lions are hopeful that he’ll be their next great cornerback.
In two seasons with the Crimson Tide, he compiled 108 total tackles, 20 passes defended, a sack, a forced fumble, and six interceptions.
His best season came in 2023, compiling 63 total tackles, 12 passes defended, a sack, a forced fumble, and five interceptions.
The Lions are coming off a loss to the San Francisco 49ers in the NFC Championship Game and are hungry for more this upcoming season.
