Amon-Ra St. Brown fans (isn’t that all of us?) are gonna love this one.
It’s always fun to learn more about the people underneath the helmets and the latest “Inside the Den” does not disappoint.
In this episode, we follow Detroit Lions receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown to Germany to explore some of his favorite places as a child. While he and his brothers mostly grew up in California, his mother, Miriam Steyer, is from Germany and the family would visit often.
The episode allows an inside look at St. Brown’s childhood as he visits a number of places full of memories, including his grandparents house and his kindergarten.
You can watch the full episode below. It really is a treat.
And onto the rest of your notes.
- While we’re talking about the Sun God, he threw what looks like a super fun party for his girlfriend, who just became a registered nurse.

- Jameson Williams made this CBS Sports list of players who need a big training camp. “Offensive coordinator Ben Johnson is one of the league’s more innovative minds so it will not exactly be a ringing endorsement of Williams for future employers if the union falls short.”
- This is so cool.
