Lions News: Detroit rookie nails painting Lions logo from memory

Not too shabby.

Lifelong Detroit Lions fan turned draft pick Isaac TeSlaa did not disappoint when it came to painting the Lions logo from memory.

Each year, the NFL challenges a few rookies to attempt to paint their new team logo without he help of a picture. We’ve seen some brutal attempts, but TeSlaa, in my opinion, did a pretty great job.

It only makes sense as TeSlaa has been dreaming of donning the Honolulu blue since he was young.

While we’re here, let’s see how some other Lions did when it was their time to shine.

Rookies painting their logo from memory is back.

Who did it better:

Jahmyr Gibbs (left) or Sam LaPorta (right)?

It’s been a crazy fun weekend for #football fans no doubt.

Here’s a throwback to when NFL rookies were told to draw their team logos from memory.

And onto the rest of your notes.

  1. Detroit Lions safety Kerby Joseph served as the grand marshal for the FireKeepers Casino 400 on Sunday, and seemed to have a good time.
