We’re giving live updates from Allen Park as the Detroit Lions take on Day 4 of training camp in front of season ticket holders.
On Saturday, the Detroit Lions will take their practice field—newly donned as the Meijer Performance Center—in front of season ticket holders. Without a doubt, that will add some extra juice to practice—not that the Lions need it after a trio of spirited practices during the work week. Still, there will be a buzz in Allen Park, and we’ll be right there in the midst of it all with live updates and the latest news.
The rules for reporting change when there are fans in the stands. Most notably, reporters are now allowed to live tweet the entire practice. So if you’re up on Saturday morning, and want to be up to date by the second on the latest happenings with the Lions, this is where you want to be.
Although changes in Twitter’s backed prevents us from embedding our list of Lions reporters, you can access that list by clicking here . Included in that list are myself and Erik Schlitt, who will be providing live updates from camp, as well as a post-practice recap video to Pride of Detroit Direct subscribers (25% off deal still running with code: PODCAST25) .
As always, after practice wraps up, expect a bevy of Lions news and analysis right here on the website, including injury updates, camp highlights, and any interesting quotes from players.
Lions practice is expected to begin at 8:30 a.m. ET, which will be preceded by a press conference from Dave Fipp.
