A look at the jersey numbers for the Detroit Lions’ 2025 draft picks and UDFAs.
As the Detroit Lions prepare to start rookie minicamp this weekend, the team revealed initial jersey numbers for their entire class of seven NFL Draft picks and their 10 undrafted rookie class (UDFAs). I say initial because it’s important to remember that rookies often change their jersey number once the roster is trimmed from 90 to 53 players. Right now, the choices in numbers are relatively limited, but plenty will free up after the Lions establish their initial 53-man roster.
In other words, if you’re eager to buy a Tyleik Williams, Tate Ratledge, Isaac TeSlaa, or any other rookie jersey right now, buyer beware.
Here’s a look at the jersey numbers for the Lions draft picks:
- DT Tyleik Williams: 78
- G Tate Ratledge: 69
- WR Isaac TeSlaa: 18
- G Miles Frazier: 71
- EDGE Ahmed Hassanein: 61
- S Dan Jackson: 28
- WR Dominic Lovett: 19
And here are the jersey numbers for the Lions’ UDFAs:
- RB Anthony Tyus: 42
- RB Kye Robichaux: 25
- WR Jackson Meeks: 83
- WR Jakobie Keeney-James: 80
- TE Caden Prieskorn: 86
- TE Zach Horton: 40
- OL Mason Miller: 63
- C Leif Fautanu: 79
- CB Gavin Holmes: 35
- S Ian Kennelly: 27
As a reminder, several Lions players—including Jameson Williams and Jahmyr Gibbs—also changed their numbers earlier this offseason. You can see those changes—plus free agent jersey numbers—here .
These players will sport their new numbers for the first time on Friday, May 9, when the Detroit Lions will open up rookie minicamp for three full days of practice. We’ll have coverage live from Allen Park during the weekend to give you the latest on Detroit’s rookie class.
