In the early 2025-26 odds on FanDuel SportsBook, #Michigan has the fourth-best odds among Big Ten teams to win the College Football Playoff National Championship:
After losing to the Michigan Wolverines as a 19.5-point favorite at home less than two months ago, the Ohio State Buckeyes are national champions, winning the first 12-team College Football Playoff.
With Ohio State head coach Ryan Day hoisting the trophy and getting into a golf cart crash after the game, the 2024-25 college football season is over. Now, we turn the page to next season.
As has become an annual tradition, FanDuel SportsBook released their National Championship odds for next season. If you would like to place an early wager, you can bet the Wolverines to win the natty at +3,500, meaning a $100 bet would net you $3,500 if it wins.
Michigan has the 13th-highest odds to win the national title next season. Here are the 12 teams ahead of U-M:
- Ohio State at +450
- Texas at +650
- Oregon at +650
- Georgia at +700
- Penn State at +850
- Notre Dame at +1,200
- Alabama at +1,600
- Tennessee at +1,800
- Clemson at +1,800
- LSU at +2,000
- Ole Miss at +2,300
- Texas A&M at +3,000
FanDuel has also released Heisman odds for next season and LSU quarterback Garrett Nussmeier is the early favorite at +900. Ohio State wide receiver Jeremiah Smith is at +1,700, and if you think five-star quarterback Bryce Underwood takes the college football world by storm in Johnny Football fashion , you can bet him to win the Heisman at +6,000.
It’s too early to determine what the odds will be for The Game in November, but that matchup will be one of the most anticipated games of the college football season.
