Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh already has two NFL teams seriously interested in hiring him this offseason. In fact, he’s at the top of one team’s list.
During this Thursday’s edition of “Get Up,” ESPN insider Adam Schefter said the Los Angeles Chargers have Harbaugh at the top of their wish list.
The Chargers have already interviewed Harbaugh for their head-coaching vacancy.
“He’s met with two teams. He’s met with the Chargers and he’s met with the Falcons,” Schefter said, via On3. “Now, the Chargers are a team that, to me, has identified him and I think he’s right near, if not, at the top of their list. And the question is whether they can get something done with Jim, who’s spoken in the past with the Vikings two years ago about going to the NFL, it didn’t happen, and with the Broncos last year, didn’t happen.”

The Atlanta Falcons won’t go down in the Harbaugh sweepstakes without a fight. He met with team owner Arthur Blank this week, per a report from NFL Network .
Harbaugh proved during his stint with the San Francisco 49ers that he can thrive in the NFL. It’s just a matter of whether or not he wants to leave Ann Arbor.
