With the college football season on the horizon, here are the top uncommitted 2025 recruiting targets that the #Michigan Wolverines are still pursuing heading into the fall:
The Michigan Wolverines have a solid 2025 recruiting class, with more than a dozen commitments, including at least one at every major position group.
With the 2024 season on the horizon, today we will talk about four uncommitted players the Wolverines still have their eyes on, all ranked in the top-100 on the 247Sports composite. If the Wolverines manage to land all four, the ceiling for the class raises dramatically.
Andrew Babaloa, five-star OL
Babaloa is the top-ranked player on the 247Sports composite who has not made a commitment, one of just a few five-star players who remain uncommitted. The Overland Park, Kansas, native has been linked to the Wolverines all summer long. They appeared to gain some steam after his official visit in June , with The Wolverine’s EJ Holland ($) reporting last month it’s a “50/50 battle” between Michigan and Stanford.
Babaloa also said last week he plans to make his decision before his high school season starts on Sept. 6. Michigan has been one of the prime schools in the country for offensive linemen to develop into NFL players, so it would make all the sense in the world for him to commit to U-M.
Nathaniel Owusu-Boateng, four-star LB
Owusu-Boateng, ranked in the top-75 on the 247Sports composite, has been a top target for the Wolverines for a long time. He took his official visit back in June and is still mulling over Michigan and a few other schools.
“Coming in, I thought it was going to be like the rest of these visits. Something about this one, in particular, just stood out to me. And that was the people,” Owusu-Boateng said in an interview with WolverinesWire . “The people there really care about you, the people, they really care about your development, not only as a football player, but as a man.”
Owusu-Boateng has also said he’s doing his due diligence and not rushing his decision. While the linebacker is a Notre Dame legacy, perhaps getting Owusu-Boateng on a visit this fall for a game could help swing him toward the Wolverines.
Jerome Myles, four-star WR
After decommitting from Ole Miss back in June, Myles has received a ton of attention on the recruiting trail. He visited Michigan for the BBQ at the Big House last month, while also picking up offers from Ohio State, Georgia, USC, Penn State and more.
The Wolverines made his top-10 list earlier this month and seem to be primarily battling the hometown Utah Utes, as well as Texas A&M, for the No. 45 overall recruit in the country, per 247Sports’ composite . Myles is expected to be back in town sometime this fall for a game, so keep an eye on that when/if that happens.
Andrew Marsh, four-star WR
Another top wide receiver prospect, Marsh could be a Wolverine tomorrow, with the top-75 pass catcher having three Crystal Ball predictions to land in Ann Arbor. He is set to announce his commitment at some point on Tuesday.
Marsh has visited Michigan three times in the past calendar year, and he had great things to say following his official visit this summer.
“(Seeing Bellamy) was good as well,” Marsh told On3’s Holland ($) . “It’s always good to see him. I know he was happy that I came back up there. It was good getting to talk to him again. He’s really personable. You can talk to him about anything. We vibe on every level — football and outside of football. You can talk to him about whatever. He’s a really good person.”
If Marsh does commit, as our Chris Grant mentioned recently , he’d be the highest-ranked wide receiver Bellamy has landed in his time in Ann Arbor.
