The Michigan Wolverines continue to get more prized prospects locked in for spring and summer visits, including a five-star OL in the 2026 class. We have that and more in today’s Recruiting Roundup:
The Michigan Wolverines are continuing to make progress with a ton of top recruits, as more and more prospects are locking in visits in the coming months. That includes a five-star prospect that is a top-30 overall player in the 2026 class.
Five-star OL locks in spring visit to Michigan
Five-star Darius Gray is among the most coveted offensive linemen in the 2026 class. The 6-foot-3, 285-pounder from Richmond, Virginia is the No. 30 overall player in the class, per 247Sports’ composite, and has a very busy spring ahead of him.
He will be taking a visit to Michigan on April 8, according to On3’s Steve Wiltfong . He also visited Clemson this past weekend, and has other spring visits locked in with South Carolina and LSU.
Of Michigan, Gray told Wiltfong: “I think the main thing that stands out to me is the guys in the room but also their development. It’s hard to find a team that will send six guys to the NFL all in one year. I think that’s the biggest thing to me. One of my friends went there, Shamari Earls and he’s liking it so far. It’s great. That’s another school I look forward to. I’m guy that likes the cold as well.”
Gray’s busy spring will turn into an even busier official visit schedule. He has officials scheduled to Virginia Tech, Georgia, Clemson, Tennessee, Auburn, LSU, Penn State and South Carolina. Hopefully the Wolverines can lock in an official visit at some point as well to stay competitive with the rest of the schools on his top list.
Four-star OL has two visits lined up with Michigan
If it doesn’t work out with Gray, Michigan has plenty of other good options along the offensive line in the 2026 class. Among them is four-star Leo Delaney , who the Wolverines will be hosting on two upcoming visits. He will be in Ann Arbor in early April and again for an official visit the weekend of June 20.
The Wolverines have already made a lot of good traction with Delaney, and they have a chance to climb even higher on his list during these visits.
“Ever since the first time I visited Michigan at the barbecue at The Big House, it’s really been a place that I can definitely see myself at,” Delaney told On3’s Ethan McDowell ($) . “It’s going to be down to the end of the road with them. They’re going to be a hat on the table regardless.”
Delaney has already been impressed with how the Michigan program is run, and the Wolverines will have more chances to wow Delaney on these upcoming visits.
“It’s the culture, 100 percent,” Delaney said.
Delaney is shooting for a mid-July commitment. Clemson, Tennessee and others stand in the way of Michigan gaining his commitment.
Four-star ATH locks in Michigan official visit
A recruit that hasn’t been discussed much for the Wolverines is 2026 four-star athlete Salesi Moa . The 6-foot-2, 175-pounder from Utah recently told 247Sports ($) about his official visit schedule, and Michigan surprisingly made the cut.
Moa’s official visit to Michigan is set for the weekend of June 13. He will visit Michigan State on April 2, Utah on May 31, Oklahoma on June 6 and Tennessee on June 20.
Not much is known about Michigan’s chances with Moa — who is the No. 76 overall recruit in the country — but we should know more in the coming months, so stay tuned.
