Michigan will host TCU on November 15th, 2024, the school announced today .
It’s the first game of a home-and-home series that will also include a return trip to Fort Worth, Texas, next season.
TCU finished 21-13 last season, earning a No. 9 seed in the NCAA Tournament, ending the year ranked 43rd, per KenPom. The Horned Frogs are ranked 62nd in Bart Torvik’s current preseason rankings. Former Michigan point guard Frankie Collins — who beat the Wolverines two years ago with Arizona State — will get another chance to face his old school.
The Wolverines should have a strong non-conference schedule in May’s first season with a slate that is heavy on neutral court games.
In addition to hosting TCU, Michigan will face Wake Forest in Greensboro, Oklahoma in Charlotte and Arkansas in New York City. They’ll also participate in the Fort Myers Tip-Off preseason tournament with two games against South Carolina, Virginia Tech and Xavier (matchups to be announced).
