Michigan Football season opener kickoff time announced

Under the lights at The Big House.

The Michigan Wolverines kick off their season on August 31, a home tilt against the Fresno State Bulldogs.

It was announced on Monday that the game will be a night game with a 7:30 PM ET start on NBC.

While Michigan is favored by 22-points against Fresno State, this shouldn’t be concerned a cupcake game on the Wolverines schedule. The Bulldogs were 9-4 in 2023, 10-4 in 2022. and have won their last four bowl games. Fresno State ranked No. 20 in passing offense last season, No. 116 in rushing offense, No. 94 in rushing defense, and No. 35 in passing yards allowed.
