Michigan cornerback Aamir Hall wasn’t drafted and hasn’t signed with an NFL team, but will be receiving a tryout with the Detroit Lions at their rookie minicamp.
Former Michigan cornerback Aamir Hall has a shot at finding an NFL home, and it isn’t too far down the road from Ann Arbor. Hall will be receiving a tryout with the Detroit Lions at their rookie minicamp. Hall is listed at 6-foot-1, 205 pounds. And an interesting note, Hall isn’t listed as a cornerback, he’s listed as a safety.

Hall played at Richmond and Albany before joining Michigan last season. Hall had two interceptions in 2024 with 38 tackles (25 solo) and one forced fumble. Hall ran a 4.72 40-yard dash at Michigan’s pro day.
While Hall’s time at Michigan was brief, he’ll always be known for one play in particular, an interception against Ohio State’s Will Howard in Michigan’s 13-10 win over the Buckeyes in November.
