Four-star guard Justin Pippen announced his commitment to Michigan today.
Pippen is one of the fastest-rising recruits in the country, soaring from unrated to 63rd during his senior season, according to 247 Sports. The 6-foot-3 guard has had a standout season at Sierra Canyon and earned a wave of high-major offers. Pippen’s breakout senior campaign was spurned on by a growth spurt, following in the footsteps of his father and brother who also emerged late in their high school careers as top prospects.
He’s officially Dusty May’s first commitment and joins Michigan’s Mr. Basketball Phat Phat Brooks in Michigan’s 2024 incoming class.
Here’s a full breakdown of the fast-rising guard, an assessment of his game, and how he fits in Ann Arbor.
