Christian Anderson Jr., a four-star in the class of 2024 out of Oak Hill (VA.), has decommitted from Michigan following the Juwan Howard firing, ESPN’s Jon Givony first reported Friday .
The 5-foot-11 point guard committed to Howard and the Wolverines back in 2021. His relationship with the Wolverines moved quickly, as Howard offered, and a week later, Anderson committed.
Michigan and Dusty May are now down to one signee in this year’s class — four-star Durral Brooks.
Five-star Khani Rooths re-opened his recruitment less than two weeks ago while Dug McDaniel, Tarris Reed, George Washington and Youseff Khayat have all left the program.
