New Michigan head coach Dusty May hasn’t moved into his new house yet and hasn’t stopped to celebrate his new job or roster. He’s been busy working.
May has put together a brand new basketball program in the last two months, and starting this month, he’ll finally get a chance to see how it operates. Summer practices are set to begin, and May’s new roster of transfers, high school recruits, and returnees will come together with the brand-new coaching staff for the first time on the court.
May joined Brian Boesch on Defend the Block this week to discuss the hectic offseason, recap his program’s progress, and preview the offseason goals. Here are Five Takeaways from what he had to say in the wide-ranging update, including the latest on Michigan’s final scholarship spot.
