The Michigan Football program is hosting a ton of highly regarded prospects this weekend, including a five-star OL, a couple top-100 edge rushers, a top TE target and many more. Here is the full list of recruits visiting Ann Arbor:
Sherrone Moore and the Michigan Wolverines are set to host their first big recruiting weekend of the spring. Plenty of top targets will be in Ann Arbor to check out spring practices, bond with coaches and players, and check out all that the university has to offer.
Here is the (always tentative) visitors list for offered prospects in the 2026 class.
Commits
Three-star WR Jaylen Pile
Pile will be back in Ann Arbor to recruit his fellow 2026 classmates. The 6-foot, 175-pounder from Dallas, Texas committed to Michigan in October and has been solid ever since.
Targets
Four-star TE Matt Ludwig
Ludwig may be the top tight end on the board for the Wolverines in this cycle. The 6-foot-4, 240-pound Montana native has official visits scheduled for Georgia, Texas Tech and Michigan this summer, so it’s good the Wolverines are getting him back this spring before his official visit. There are a couple predictions on On3 for Michigan to land Ludwig.
Four-star TE Ian Premer
A top-50 overall player, Premer is visiting this weekend to determine if he will schedule an official visit to Michigan. A Kansas native, Premer is strongly considering the hometown schools, as well as Iowa State.
Five-star OL Jackson Cantwell
The No. 1 overall player in the 2026 class, Cantwell will be on campus all weekend before coming back for his official visit the weekend of June 13. Michigan likely has some work to do here to compete with Oregon, Missouri and others.
Four-star OL Breck Kolojay
Kolojay is a big boy at 6-foot-5.5 and 320 pounds. He was offered by the Wolverines last May and most recently visited last June. Kolojay plays down at IMG Academy in Florida and has official visits already lined up for Oklahoma, Miami, Georgia and Tennessee.
Four-star OL Sam Greer
Pulling a kid from the state of Ohio is never an easy task, but Michigan is going to try with the 6-foot-6.5, 310-pound Greer. The top-200 overall player plays at Archbishop Hoban in Akron and holds other offers from Ohio State, Missouri, Wisconsin, Florida State, Oregon, Penn State and more.
Four-star OL Marky Walbridge
There probably aren’t a lot of kids going by “Marky” these days, but Walbridge is probably the biggest of the bunch at 6-foot-6 and 270 pounds. The Massachusetts native is one of Michigan’s top targets along the offensive line in this class and already set up an official visit for the weekend of June 20. The Wolverines are battling Alabama, Florida, Penn State, Ohio State and more elite programs for his commitment.
Four-star OL G’nivre Carr
There are a lot of IMG Academy prospects visiting this weekend, and Carr is among the contingent coming up from Florida. The monstrous 6-foot-4, 336-pounder has offers from all across the country, with official visits already lined up for Miami, Georgia, Florida and South Carolina.
Four-star OL Kelvin Obot
Another highly regarded offensive lineman, Obot (6-foot-5, 265 pounds) will be in Ann Arbor starting on Sunday. The Fruitland, Idaho native is the top ranked player from his home state in the class and has other offers from Ohio State, Oregon, Wisconsin, Tennessee, USC, Michigan State and more.
Three-star DL Brian Harris
A former Maryland commit, Harris was offered by Michigan last week and, very quickly, scheduled this weekend trip. The 6-foot-3, 280-pound Jacksonville, Florida native has official visits already on the docket for Stanford, West Virginia, NC State and South Carolina.
Four-star edge Carter Meadows
The 6-foot-6, 215-pounder who plays at Gonzaga College in Washington DC has steadily rose up the rankings this offseason, and he’s actually a five-star on On3. The No. 98 overall recruit on 247Sports’ composite is also strongly considering Penn State and South Carolina.
Four-star edge Jake Kruel
The No. 5 ranked player at his position and No. 37 overall player in the class, the 6-foot-3, 230-pounder at IMG Academy compiled 39 tackles, 12 tackles for loss, 11 quarterback hits and six sacks last year as a junior. Other schools he’s considering other than Michigan include Ohio State, Oregon, Penn State, Florida, Miami, Florida State, Texas and more.
Four-star edge Titan Davis
Another top-100 overall player, Davis was offered by Michigan last March and has added a bunch of other really good offers since then from Alabama, Georgia, Texas, Miami and more. The 6-foot-5, 238-pounder hails from St. Louis and had 46 tackles, 18 tackles for loss and nine sacks as a junior last year.
Three-star LB Hudson Dunn
Dunn last visited Ann Arbor last summer, so this will be his second ever trip to Michigan. He also already scheduled his official visit for the weekend of June 20, so it wouldn’t be shocking if Michigan led at this point. Dunn had 57 tackles and 13.5 sacks last season for Liberty High School in Peoria, Arizona.
Three-star LB Duyon Forkpa Jr.
A strong contender for the “All Name Team” for the 2026 class, Forkpa is yet another IMG Academy prospect making his way to Michigan this weekend before coming back for his official visit the weekend of June 13. Forkpa also has official visits scheduled to Minnesota, Florida State, USF and Cincinnati.
Three-star CB Hakim Satterwhite
Michigan just got in the mix for Satterwhite, offering him last month, which means he set a very quick first trip to Ann Arbor. The 6-foot-2, 180-pound Washington DC native only has one official visit scheduled (to Miami), so the Wolverines could make a move this weekend.
Four-star S Chace Calicut
One of LaMar Morgan’s top overall targets in the class, Calicut will be making a weekend trip to Michigan just a few months before his official visit the weekend of June 20. The No. 168 overall player in the class, Calicut also has officials lined up to Texas and Washington. The Longhorns hold the lone Crystal Ball prediction as of today.
Four-star S Simeon Caldwell
Yet another top-100 player, Caldwell is a bigger-bodied safety at 6-foot-3 and 185 pounds. He has official visits already scheduled for Ohio State, USC, Notre Dame and Miami, so the Wolverines have some catching up to do.
