The NFL playoff picture is starting to take shape i, and in a pivotal Week 16, many former Michigan Wolverines made impact plays for their respective squads to help keep postseason hopes alive.
Let’s kick things off with a Michigan legend scoring a key touchdown late.
Hassan Haskins scores go-ahead touchdown
Michigan fans are definitely familiar with Hassan Haskins scoring touchdowns in important games, and he scored at a clutch time yet again on Thursday Night Football.
In a game that Jim Harbaugh and the Los Angeles Chargers really needed to win to help their postseason chances, Haskins took a pass to the house to help the Chargers beat the Denver Broncos.

That was one of two catches Haskins made in this game, but he made the most of his few touches. Harbaugh and Justin Herbert really trusted the Ohio State killer late in the game.
That was Haskins’ first receiving touchdown in the NFL, and it couldn’t have come at a better time.
Jourdan Lewis grabs fourth-quarter pick on Sunday Night Football
Haskins wasn’t the only former Wolverine to ball out in primetime. With the Tampa Bay Buccaneers attempting to mount a comeback on Sunday Night Football, Dallas Cowboys cornerback Jourdan Lewis helped rip a deep ball away from rookie Jalen McMillan.

In that same matchup, Dallas defensive tackle Mazi Smith logged three tackles.
A.J. Barner scores fourth-quarter TD for Seahawks, but Josh Metellus gets last laugh with epic celebration
The Seattle Seahawks came up just short in a game they really needed to against the Minnesota Vikings, but former Michigan tight end A.J. Barner did his best to help Seattle come back for victory, catching his third career NFL touchdown.

Perhaps the most viral moment from this game involved Metellus. After the Vikings grabbed the game-sealing interception, Minnesota’s defense payed homage to the popular Disney move Camp Rock with their celebration.
