One of the top quarterbacks in the 2026 recruiting class has announced his commitment.
Per On3’s Hayes Fawcett , Brady Hart has committed to Michigan. He chose the school over three top bluebloods Clemson, LSU, and Ohio State.
Hart is a four-star prospect and the 15th-best recruit in his home state (Florida), per 247Sports composite rankings . He’s also the seventh-best quarterback recruit in the country and the No. 92 overall recruit in the country, regardless of position.
This is Michigan’s first recruit in the 2026 class, per 247Sports . It’s a good one to start with since he’s one of the top recruits in the nation.
Michigan is coming off a national championship from this past season after beating Washington in the College Football Playoff National Title Game. That win capped off a perfect 15-0 season.
Head coach Jim Harbaugh then left for the NFL to coach the Los Angeles Chargers while a good chunk of players, including J.J. McCarthy, declared for the 2024 NFL Draft.
Sherrone Moore replaced Harbaugh and is looking to keep the program on top for this year and years to come.
