What games are coming up this week for the hockey, men’s basketball, and women’s basketball teams?
Well, it was a rough week last week for our Spartan teams, at least compared to recent standards. The hockey team settled for a split of the weekend series at Ohio State. The women’s basketball team lost at home to Oregon before leveling off their week with a victory at Northwestern. And the men’s hoops team saw their winning streak come to an end at USC.
In the rankings, after the women’s basketball team shot up 5 spots last week, they drop 4 to #20 this week. The men slip a pair of spots to #9. And the hockey rankings seem to come out later and later each Monday.
Making matters worse, my score predictions were way off, even in the wins. Let’s see if MSU, and myself, can do better this week. Here are the games for the week of February 3-9:
