Track where all MSU football players are headed
Today starts an exciting three day period for collegiate football players looking to make and NFL roster and further their career. The NFL draft is upon us! Some are interested to follow their favorite teams picks, some follow for fantasy relevance, and some follow to see where some of their favorite college football player are headed next. Stay here all weekend long as we’ll be updating you on where the Spartan hopefuls will be headed. Here is a list of some names we may hear called.
PK Jonathan Kim
RB Nate Carter
G Luke Newman
DL Khris Bogle
C Tanner Miller
RB Kay-Ron Lynch-Adams
WR Montorie Foster
OT Brandon Baldwin
DT D’Quan Douse
DT Maverick Hanson
LB Jordan Turner
CB Ed Woods
CB Lejond Cavazos
S Angelo Grose
DT Derrick Harmon (honorable mention after finishing last season as an Oregon Duck)
Cal Haladay (has opted to not continue his football career)
It does seem to be a season in which MSU may not have a drafted player, a feat that last happened in 2021. Kim is the Spartans best bet but the draft can always pull surprises. Most will hope to be signed undrafted on Monday with an opportunity to prove something to coaches in camps to make a roster. Hopefully, MSU football gets back on the map soon as the draft is a good barometer to where the program is currently at.
Let us know in the comments your thoughts on who may get drafted and where you think they’ll end up.
