Michigan State pick up transfer forward Kaleb Glenn

April 14, 2025 by Zags Blog

By SAM LANCE

Former Florida Atlantic forward Kaleb Glenn, the No. 83 overall player in the transfer portal, has committed to Michigan State.

Glenn, the 6-foot-7, 210-pound forward, averaged 12.6 points and 4.8 rebounds for the Owls last season. He started in five games and shot 53.1% from the field and 48-of-117 (41.0%) from 3-point range. Glenn played his freshman season for his hometown program Louisville before transferring to FAU last year.

The forward was named AAC Second Team All-Conference in 2024-25. Glenn will provide Tom Izzo some shotmaking on the wing next season.

This is Michigan State’s first transfer portal commitment this cycle. The Spartans have lost standout freshman Jase Richardson to the NBA Draft and three players — Tre Holloman, Gehrig Normand and Xavier Booker — to the transfer portal.

Izzo still has some work left this offseason. Glenn will join 2025 prospects Cam Ward  and Jordan Scott on the 2025-26 roster as a newcomer.
